Returns + Exchanges
We accept returns of unworn, unwashed merchandise with all original tags attached within 14 days of delivery.
Items purchased from retail stores, international websites, or third-party retailers (such as department stores or resellers) are not eligible for return through our U.S. return portal. Please contact the original retailer for assistance.
Returned products must be in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with all tags and packaging intact.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Please allow 5–7 business days for return processing once your package is delivered.
Returns sent without a packing slip may take longer to process. Packing slips are included with the return shipping label when you register your return through our Return Portal. Merchandise that does not meet return requirements will not be accepted.
If you choose a refund to your original payment method, a return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
Opting for a gift card refund allows you to receive the full refund amount with no deductions.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
