Order Processing & Verification
Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive an initial email with your purchase details. A second email with tracking information will follow once your order has shipped.
All orders are screened through our fraud detection system. If an order is identified as high-risk or potentially fraudulent, the payment will be voided, and funds will be released back to the original payment method.
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after verified payment. Orders placed on Friday evenings, weekends, or holidays will begin processing the next business day. Please note that during peak seasons, fulfillment and shipping times may experience slight delays.

Estimated delivery times are listed below. While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, please note that these are approximate and not guaranteed—especially during holidays or peak seasons.
For shipments that exceed these timeframes, please contact us and we’ll gladly assist.
Standard: 3–7 business days
Standard (AK, HI, PR): 5–8 business days
Expedited: 2–3 business days
Express: 1–2 business days
Where We Ship
We’re pleased to offer shipping across all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.
At this time, we’re unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or Military APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Cancellations & Order Changes
Once an order has been placed, we’re unable to cancel or modify it, including shipping address changes.
If a package is returned to us, please note that original shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us right away so we can make it right.
